What you'll do

Serve as primary escalation point for complex client inquiries during trading sessions.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated client issues related to APIs and platform functionality.
Lead daily pre-market system health checks and monitor trading activity throughout the session.
Develop and maintain operational runbooks and monitoring frameworks to improve platform resilience.
Perform in-depth technical diagnostics using Linux tools, log analysis, and network debugging utilities.
Collaborate with technology teams to investigate issues and drive systemic fixes.

What we're looking for

1-2+ years of experience in trading desk, financial services, or technical operations.
Expertise in electronic trading platforms and market infrastructure, including FX markets.
Proficiency in Linux command-line tools, log analysis, and basic shell scripting.
Solid SQL skills for querying and analyzing trading and operational data.
Working knowledge of FIX protocol and experience with FIX-connected clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities under time pressure and proven track record.
