What we're looking for

1+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and departments.
Experience working with ERP, MRP, HRIS systems and leveraging data for decision-making.
U.S. citizenship required.
Comfortable handling ambiguous problems and providing structured solutions.
Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and managing large Slack channels.
