What you'll do

Develop and execute validation and characterization methodologies for touch solutions from proof-of-concept to mass production.
Architect solutions to solve complex, open-ended test and validation problems.
Create analytical models to understand how test systems interact with touch sensors.
Design metrics and figures-of-merit to guide touch design and performance tracking.
Architect and design hardware and software infrastructure for innovative test solutions.
Manage vendors to implement validation tools, plans, and infrastructure.
Perform failure mode analysis using advanced tools to drive root cause diagnosis.
Author technical reports and communications regarding key concepts, results, and checkpoints.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience owning validation and test efforts on analog, mixed signal, or sensor products.
Fundamental knowledge of physics, analog circuit and signals analysis, circuit design, and statistics.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Matlab or Python for software and algorithm prototyping.
Proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis tools like Tableau, SpotFire, or JMP.
Experience in hardware prototyping, Design of Experiments (DoE), and failure analysis/corrective action.
