What you'll do

Develop and execute validation and characterization methodologies for touch solutions from proof-of-concept to mass production.
Architect and design hardware and software infrastructure for innovative test solutions.
Define analytical models to understand how test systems interact with touch sensors.
Design metrics and figures-of-merit to track and guide touch design performance.
Perform failure mode analysis using advanced tools to drive root cause diagnosis.
Manage vendors to implement validation tools, plans, and infrastructure.
Author reports and communications regarding key concepts, results, and project checkpoints.

What we're looking for

Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree.
MS / PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
Experience owning validation/test efforts on analog, mixed signal, or sensor products.
Fundamental knowledge of physics, analog circuit and signals analysis, circuit design, and statistics.
Experience with touch technology (preferred).
High proficiency in software and algorithm prototyping/analysis using scripting languages like Matlab/Python (preferred).
Experience in HW prototyping, Design of Experiments (DoE), and FA/CA (preferred).
Proficient in data visualization and statistical analysis tools such as Tableau, SpotFire, JMP, Python, or Matlab (preferred).
