As a Tier 1 Operations Support Specialist on our site reliability engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operation support for the Intelligence Community by building resilient infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include initial troubleshooting of system, application, or network issues using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow, adhering to standard operating procedures, and documenting actions clearly. You will work with Linux or Windows systems, escalate incidents when necessary, and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and the ability to obtain relevant certifications such as Security+ CE within six months of hire. Experience in monitoring enterprise systems and knowledge of on-call processes is beneficial for this high-tempo environment.
