Third Party Services Attribute Management, Risk Architecture, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of third-party data capabilities across CCB.
• Translate business and risk needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the change lifecycle for enhancements, defect remediation, and vendor updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute data validation routines to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of third-party data feeds.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data quality issues and drive resolution across partner teams.
• Develop and enhance automated testing and validation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Use database querying and analysis techniques to investigate anomalies and support issue triage.
• Support the control framework and audit readiness through process updates, evidence preparation, and management reporting.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of third-party data consumption concepts including data lifecycle, governance, controls, and quality management.
• Experience working in a product development environment such as agile delivery and release management.
• Hands-on capability with database querying (e.g., SQL) to perform validations, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with test automation or building repeatable validation/test frameworks for data products or pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and executive-ready updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting risk, compliance, or regulated data use cases (preferred).
• Familiarity with data tooling and analytics languages (e.g., Python, SAS) and/or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) (preferred).
• Experience with data quality/observability practices (preferred).
• Prior experience partnering with external vendors or data providers and managing data-related change events (preferred).
