What you'll do

  • Design and build wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, robotics, and environmental simulation equipment.
  • Support production tests by setting up and troubleshooting equipment during bring-up and dry runs.
  • Manage first article builds, address shortages and errors, and update documentation accordingly.
  • Develop and manage maintenance plans for production equipment to ensure reliability.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and vendors for outsourced equipment builds.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical, structural, fluid, and electrical systems
  • 2+ years of experience in electronic testing and inspection using portable measuring devices
  • Hands-on experience fabricating harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, and test stations
  • Electromechanical design and debug skills including PCBAs, wire harnesses, electronics enclosures, line automation, and server racks
  • Experience with electrical debug tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in production or engineering functions
