What you'll do

Design and build wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, robotics, and environmental simulation equipment.
Support production tests by setting up and troubleshooting equipment during bring-up and dry runs.
Manage first article builds, address shortages and errors, and update documentation accordingly.
Develop and manage maintenance plans for production equipment to ensure reliability.
Coordinate with supply chain and vendors for outsourced equipment builds.

What we're looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical, structural, fluid, and electrical systems
2+ years of experience in electronic testing and inspection using portable measuring devices
Hands-on experience fabricating harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, and test stations
Electromechanical design and debug skills including PCBAs, wire harnesses, electronics enclosures, line automation, and server racks
Experience with electrical debug tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in production or engineering functions
