What you'll do

  • Integrate and commission electromechanical production systems for silicon packaging.
  • Develop and maintain software applications (PLC/SCADA/HMI) for semiconductor packaging operations.
  • Validate and integrate vendor equipment into company systems for traceability and control.
  • Build new automation solutions and improve existing assets to meet production requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize packaging assembly equipment using system-level schematics.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of programming experience in C, C++, Visual Basic, Python, IEC Structured Text, Java, or Jython.
  • 2+ years of automation experience in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills for electromechanical systems using diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with SEMI organization semiconductor standards and SECS-GEM integration.
  • PLC programming expertise, preferably Beckhoff TwinCAT Structured Text.
  • Ability to develop software applications (PLC/SCADA/HMI) tailored to packaging operations.
