What you'll do

Perform in-lab systems integration, configuration, and equipment staging in the Orlando facility.
Execute system tests and document verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
Develop test and diagnostic programs while designing custom test fixtures and equipment.
Create functional, environmental, operational, and performance tests for hardware and software.
Design and implement cost-effective methods for troubleshooting systems during manufacturing phases.
Conduct regression testing and new feature testing on live training systems.
Travel to military sites for several weeks at a time to perform field integration and acceptance testing.
Document test results and track identified bugs throughout the development process.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility to access classified information.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
Experience with object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages.
Knowledge of IT/Networking or a military training background is preferred.
Ability to perform extensive travel for multiple weeks at a time to field equipment and conduct testing.
