What you'll do

Lead the convergence and maturity of product calibration and test lines through all engineering build phases.
Identify and assess potential risks to product quality and develop corresponding protection solutions.
Champion product calibration and test strategies while balancing quality, customer experience, and operational requirements.
Integrate with design, software, and operations teams to enable product characterization.
Provide efficient test solutions for high-volume manufacturing environments.
Own the factory calibration and test strategy and manage bring-up interfacing with factory teams.
Perform hardware and firmware activities including design, bring-up, debugging, and circuit validation.

What we're looking for

BS in Electrical Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering major or degree.
5-10 years of experience.
Excellent understanding of hardware/software architecture and interoperability of sophisticated systems.
Fundamental electrical engineering knowledge.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, drive, and attention to detail.
MS in Electrical Design (preferred).
Prior experience with integration of Acoustics, Display, Touch, Imaging Sensors, Motion Sensors, or Automation (preferred).
Experience in hardware and firmware activities such as design, bringing up, debugging, and validating circuits (preferred).
