Telecom Consultant Associate, Telecom Senior

What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches.
• Configure and support Arista switching platforms.
• Manage Cisco firewall platforms, including Access Control Lists (ACLs), NAT, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for network outages.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support critical business services.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
• Support network upgrades, maintenance activities, and technology deployments.

What we're looking for

• Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or a HS diploma/GED with 4 years of experience.
• Possess 2 years of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirements.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewall platforms.
• Support Arista switching platforms and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies.
• Implement and manage firewall Access Control Lists (ACLs), NAT, VPNs, and security policies.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support critical network infrastructure and incident response.
• Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, SolarWinds, Wireshark, or network automation tools like Python and Ansible (preferred).
