Technology Manager, AI Platforms

What you'll do

• Define and execute the enterprise AI platform strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for engineering, operating, and improving foundational AI services.
• Establish platform standards, architecture patterns, and operational best practices for AI capabilities.
• Manage the lifecycle of models, large language models, and AI agents including evaluation and deployment.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and governed platform capabilities across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Drive reliability, performance, scalability, and cost optimization across the platform portfolio.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, licensing, and technical evaluations of emerging AI technologies.
• Partner with security, data, and governance teams to ensure compliant and secure AI adoption.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related technical field is required.
• 8 or more years of technology experience is required.
• 4-6 years of direct supervision experience (preferred).
• Experience leading enterprise AI, ML, cloud, or platform engineering teams is required.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot is required.
• Experience establishing ModelOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices is required.
• Knowledge of AI gateway technologies and patterns, including platforms such as TrueFoundry, Portkey, and LiteLLM is required.
• Experience with model access, agent frameworks, orchestration, RAG architectures, observability, and AI lifecycle management is required.
