As a Technology Architecture Manager, you will design, implement, and support information technology architecture for various projects ranging from simple IT tasks to large-scale enterprise programs. You will serve as the technical conscience of the engagement by defining solutions that meet performance, scalability, and flexibility needs while ensuring technology standards are followed. Your daily responsibilities include conducting architecture assessments, providing quality assurance reviews for proposals, and managing requirements for Salesforce applications. The role requires expertise in Salesforce modules like Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning, along with experience in Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components, and OmniScript components. You will utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Selenium, Appium, and TestNG within Agile environments. Additionally, you must manage CI/CD integrations using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps to ensure robust deployment cycles for complex technical solutions.
Design and implement enterprise-level IT architecture for complex projects and large-scale change programs.
Conduct architecture assessments to define solutions for problems involving multiple variable factors.
Define and drive technical solutions that meet performance, scalability, flexibility, and operational requirements.
Establish and evolve technology standards to ensure consistent quality across all engagements.
Perform architecture quality assurance reviews for both new proposals and ongoing projects.
Architect and execute business requirements specifically for Salesforce applications and modules.
Manage QA planning, risk mitigation, and quality metrics using tools like Jira and Confluence.
What we're looking for
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 4 years of experience working with Salesforce modules including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Must have 4 years of experience developing test strategies using Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr, and leveraging Selenium, Appium, and TestNG for automation.
Must have 4 years of experience utilizing Agile methodology in a Distributed Team Environment.
Must have 3 years of experience with Salesforce Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components, and OmniScript components.
Must have 3 years of experience implementing pre/post-deployment testing and CI/CD integration using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Must have 3 years of experience leading QA planning and execution with Jira and Confluence while managing risks and quality metrics.
Must have 1 year of experience in planning, architecting, designing, and executing business requirements for Salesforce applications.
Must be willing and able to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
