What you'll do

Design, develop, and integrate high-priority data applications across the full software development lifecycle.
Build large-scale data processing systems and data lakes optimized for computational and storage efficiency on Google Cloud Platform.
Apply technical knowledge of data modeling and best engineering practices to ongoing projects.
Design complex physical data models and cloud-based data lake constructs using SQL and NoSQL database systems.
Execute tasks following Agile programming methodologies under the guidance of experienced developers.
Utilize Python, R, or SQL to solve technical problems and develop software solutions.

What we're looking for

Must be a sophomore, junior, senior undergraduate, or first-year Master's student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum 3.00 GPA is required for both overall and major coursework.
Must have working knowledge of relational database concepts.
Requires at least 1 year of coding proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
Demonstrated leadership ability and an aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining positive business relationships.
