JOB TITLE: Tech & Data Program Summer 2027 - Data Engineer Intern (Chicago) The Data Engineer Intern joins the Technology, Data, AI, and Operations organization to help build and support the data pipelines, platforms, and processes that enable analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-driven insights. Working within the insurance industry, the intern will transform raw information into reliable data assets by designing and supporting data workflows and ETL/ELT processes. What we're looking for

Must be an undergraduate or graduate student expecting to graduate in May 2028.
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or another STEM-related field.
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Experience with Python, SQL, or PL/SQL is required.
Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data transformation, or data quality is required.
Experience with Snowflake, GitHub, relational databases, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
Master's degree.
