As a Data Engineer Intern within the Technology, Data, AI, and Operations organization, you will help build and support the data pipelines, platforms, and processes that enable analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-driven insights. You will work with both structured and unstructured data to transform raw information into reliable assets while ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance through profiling and monitoring. The role involves developing scalable solutions using Python, SQL, PL/SQL, Snowflake, GitHub, and various cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You will also engage with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and AI tools like Copilot to support machine learning and generative AI capabilities. What we're looking for
Must be an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or another STEM field.
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and expect to graduate in May 2028 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience or exposure to Python, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience or exposure to data engineering practices including ETL/ELT, data pipelines, transformation, profiling, quality, and modeling.
Experience or exposure to Snowflake, GitHub, relational databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience or exposure to analytics tools, AI/ML concepts, and Agile methodologies (preferred).
