Technology Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain technology solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise.
• Develop software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects.
• Integrate and configure solutions using Web Services, REST, MQ, and File-based interfaces.
• Perform systematic analysis on client requirements within a traceability framework.
• Resolve functional problems and perform root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Test interfaces using tools such as RFHUTIL, Postman, and SOAPUI.
• Ensure project deliverables maintain compliance with relevant standards and processes.
• Provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Minimum of 7 years hands-on development experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) (preferred).
• Experience implementing Web Services, REST, MQ, and File based interfaces (preferred).
• Experience testing interfaces using tools like RFHUTIL, Postman, and SOAPUI (preferred).
• Experience working with multiple data formats including JSON, XML, EDI/X12, and SWIFT (preferred).
• Experience integrating with databases using ESQL, Java, and Stored Procedures (preferred).
• Experience with IBM ITX, Connect Direct, or Ansible Tower/AWX (preferred).
