What you'll do

  • Deliver proactive incident management to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
  • Improve and optimize ongoing support processes for platform services.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Math, or a related field (or relevant equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and Python.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and clear written and verbal stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with cloud, automation, and/or database concepts.
  • Experience in a hedge fund, investment bank, or commodities environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), CTRM/ETRM platforms, or major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).
  • Scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash (preferred).
