What you'll do
Lead the analysis and design of ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Desk and Field Technology Services initiatives.
Document complex requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis to inform solution development.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Agile tools.
Partner with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to platform standards.
Support the full delivery lifecycle from design to post-production validation for ServiceNow projects.
Serve as a subject matter expert on ITIL best practices across various service management processes.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow platforms in enterprise environments
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Hands-on experience using JIRA for user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution
Strong technical acumen with deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and core ITSM modules
Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and design reviews
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
Experience working closely with developers, architects, and platform administrators
