What you'll do

  • Deliver high-touch instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) to enterprise customer teams.
  • Facilitate complex hands-on lab exercises and perform live technical demonstrations for students.
  • Troubleshoot live lab environments and technical edge cases during active training delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Business Unit for courseware development and lab topology reviews.
  • Channel real-world classroom feedback and student insights back to the Business Unit to update training materials.
  • Establish delivery best practices and assist in onboarding guest or peer instructors.
  • Travel to customer sites or corporate events to conduct onsite classroom training.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of related experience required.
  • Hands-on experience operating, implementing, or engineering VCF environments.
  • Background as a VCI, authorized technical instructor, Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Lead.
  • Proven track record presenting complex platform architectures to sophisticated enterprise engineering teams.
  • Active VCP or higher advanced VMware credential (preferred/required).
  • Current VCI (VMware Certified Instructor) status (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience with VCF, vSphere, NSX, and vSAN architectures.
