Technology Product Manager

What you'll do

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for vSphere capabilities and AI/ML workloads.
• Translate customer pain points into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature prioritization matrices.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle from initial ideation and alpha/beta testing to general availability.
• Develop strategies to integrate vSphere with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and containers.
• Create competitive positioning, technical whitepapers, and pricing strategies in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert at industry events and customer advisory boards.
• Manage complex developer backlogs and break down abstract problems into iterative technical deliverables.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• 12+ years of related industry experience.
• 5+ years of software Product Management experience focused on enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, HCI, or cloud platforms for AI workloads.
• Deep understanding of the VMware ecosystem, specifically vSphere, vSAN, and core data center architectures.
• Solid comprehension of cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and hybrid cloud providers.
• Proven track record running Scrum processes and managing complex developer backlogs in an Agile framework.
• MBA is highly desirable (preferred).
