What you'll do

Resolve complex technical issues regarding the PowerEdge XE portfolio in a fast-paced, customer-critical environment.
Manage technically sophisticated customer reports received via web, phone, chat, and email until full resolution.
Provide remote diagnostic support to identify causes and recommend solutions for product malfunctions.
Communicate progress updates and relevant information to customers in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Engineering, SE, and multi-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Provide qualified data to the Engineering team to improve product quality and reliability.
Document all issues and ensure high-quality closures for every customer interaction.

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge and understanding of Dell PowerEdge servers.
Working fundamental knowledge of PowerEdge XE servers.
Comfort working in Linux environments, specifically RHEL and Ubuntu.
In-depth troubleshooting knowledge.
Good understanding of Dell and vendor diagnostics utilities and their application.
Customer facing experience and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
3-5+ years of technical support experience.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
