What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience interfacing with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to build and modify queries.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including clear and empathetic interaction.
  • Ability to confidently communicate complex technical guidance to diverse users.
  • Passion for interacting with new people and providing live support simultaneously.
  • Experience in at least one web application framework and programming language.
  • Operations mindset to identify and eliminate process friction efficiently.
