What you'll do

  • Communicate technical updates from engineering teams directly to publisher development teams.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with publishers ranging from independent creators to large multinationals.
  • Develop tools and workflows to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex product developments into clear information for external audiences.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from partners to inform product improvements.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation regarding web publishing standards and platform features.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to create workflow efficiencies and reduce manual overhead.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency with modern productivity and AI tools, including experience leveraging AI and automation for workflow efficiencies.
  • 5+ years of experience in Partner or Project Management.
  • Strong ability to meet with stakeholders and distill requests into meaningful workflows and changes.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Experience working and reporting cross-functionally.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Swift.
  • Excellent debugging skills with the ability to recognize patterns and identify root causes (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using a variety of productivity tools (preferred).
  • Ability to summarize and communicate technical issues to stakeholders and leadership (preferred).
  • Passion for digital publishing and experience with Content Management Systems (preferred).
