The Technical Project Manager - Java Full Stack joins the technology delivery team to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise applications. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing project planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and scope control while providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. You will build scalable, secure, and performant solutions supporting merchandising and core business objectives. Key technologies include Advanced Java development, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL. You must possess hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, cloud-native applications, and frontend technologies. The work focuses on solving technical problems within large-scale enterprise environments, specifically involving distributed systems, API design, performance optimization, and secure coding standards to streamline delivery processes across merchandising, product, and infrastructure teams.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Java full stack applications to ensure scalability and security.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and detailed implementation plans.
Manage project activities including planning, estimation, dependency management, risk mitigation, and scope control.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on engineering best practices and code quality.
Drive the adoption of automated testing, secure software development, and CI/CD pipelines.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and ensure successful project outcomes.
Conduct code reviews and oversee application performance tuning in large-scale enterprise environments.
What we're looking for
10-12 years of experience in enterprise application development with progressive responsibility in technical leadership, solution design, and project delivery.
Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Java development, including enterprise application architecture and backend services.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus, Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL services.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deployment, monitoring, and cloud-native service integration.
Strong experience with frontend technologies and full stack development practices.
Proven experience managing software development projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
