What you'll do

Act as the primary technical and project interface for customer engineering organizations.
Lead global cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle from initiation to SOP.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
Track program financials, engineering budgets, development costs, and investment requirements.
Coordinate product development activities across systems engineering, hardware, software, and validation teams.
Manage customer requirements, change requests, and issue resolution activities.
Coordinate PPAP activities and production readiness reviews for manufacturing launch.
Monitor field quality performance and drive corrective actions when required.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Master's Degree (preferred).
8+ years of experience in automotive, off-highway, industrial, or embedded systems development.
5+ years of technical project management experience leading global engineering projects.
Proven experience managing complete product development life cycles from concept through SOP.
PMP, IPMA, or equivalent Project Management Certification (preferred).
Experience working with North American OEMs, Commercial Vehicle manufacturers, or propulsion systems (preferred).
Exposure to stationary energy storage systems and industrial power applications (preferred).
