Technical Project Management

What you'll do

• Lead a cross-functional team of software, hardware, and calibration engineers to release electronic steering modules.
• Manage requirements and evaluate customer specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the OEM on all project-related topics.
• Negotiate project scope and timing with the customer while aligning internal development goals.
• Ensure system and software development comply with ISO26262 and ASPICE guidelines.
• Coordinate Design Change Requests from the OEM and maintain all project records.
• Report project status and progress to US senior management on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to the customer regarding project milestones.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ME, EE, or related).
• 4 or more years of experience in technical project management, project lead, or project management.
• 4 or more years of experience in automotive, motorsport, or heavy equipment industry.
• 2 or more years of experience in vehicle networking, diagnostics, debugging complex systems, and/or hands-on mechanical or electrical experience.
• 2 or more years of experience with vehicle and/or system test and release procedures in automotive or related industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good understanding of vehicle architecture, chassis control interfaces, and knowledge of vehicle dynamics and braking systems (preferred).
• Experience in systems/requirements engineering, embedded control software, and international team collaboration (preferred).
