What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers regarding Enterprise AI programs and requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery including schedules, milestones, success criteria, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, validation, and partners to resolve blockers.
  • Identify technical risks and dependencies while creating mitigation plans and escalating issues as needed.
  • Drive release readiness by managing validation plans, customer previews, and deployment playbooks.
  • Produce executive updates, program briefs, and status reports for senior leadership.
  • Implement scalable program processes and tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Align customer business goals and AI workload requirements with internal AMD product roadmaps.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Technical Program or Product Management leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Experience with server platforms, firmware, validation, or enterprise software.
  • Technical fluency in server systems including hardware, BIOS/firmware/microcode, and AI workload characteristics.
  • Professional experience in semiconductor architecture, datacenter development lifecycles, or related engineering roles.
  • Proficiency with program tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Teams, and Power BI; familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, risk tracking, requirements, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and customers.
