What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
  • A technical career background.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Deep familiarity with subsystems and knowledge of robotics systems previously worked on.
  • Evidence of understanding technical tradeoffs and how to reduce risk through key development efforts.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing engineering teams, and interacting with leadership stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication abilities to convey intricate plans and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
  • Experience in leading product development related to or Unmanned Vehicle (UxV) development within the robotics sectors (preferred).
  • Knowledge of hardware and software development practices for autonomous robotics systems (preferred).
  • Startup experience wearing different hats beyond the scope of a standard job description (preferred).
