What you'll do

Manage technology programs end-to-end by owning schedules, mitigating risks, and controlling scope to ensure timely delivery.
Partner with engineering teams to scope efforts, set milestones, secure resources, and resolve technical blockers.
Analyze system architecture and dependencies to prevent poor technology decisions and arrange technical reviews.
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders while resolving conflicting priorities.
Define and track success metrics and contribute to strategic documentation for technology programs.
Identify and implement improvements for operational processes and overall system quality.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control laws.
3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
2+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams (preferred).
