Technical Program Manager II, Shopping Platforms

What you'll do

• Drive a portfolio of shopping catalog and indexing programs while managing engineering owners and timelines.
• Manage daily team operations including standups, planning sessions, decision tracking, and documentation.
• Build and maintain program dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear views on progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across catalog, indexing, retrieval, serving, and ads quality teams.
• Integrate GenAI into workflows to automate high-toil tasks like intake triage and status synthesis.
• Prototype tools and scripts using AI coding assistants to simplify processes and enhance data-driven decisions.
• Ensure all AI-assisted workflows comply with corporate risk, governance, and safety-by-design policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of TPM experience driving technical programs to completion in infrastructure, platform, or data-adjacent environments.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts including services, streaming pipelines, and batch vs real-time processing.
• Strong execution skills with a track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-team dependencies.
• Proficiency in building dashboards, tracking metrics, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Experience with ads, monetization, streaming systems (Flink/Kafka), or financial-controls processes (preferred).
• Ability to use GenAI for workflow automation, data analysis, and "vibe coding" to simplify processes.
• Safety-by-design AI fluency including risk assessment, data handling, and validating AI-generated outputs.
