What you'll do

Lead end-to-end execution of software platform initiatives from planning and delivery to operationalization.
Manage cross-functional initiatives involving cloud-native services, platform software, and system integration.
Connect software roadmap execution to full-stack readiness, including infrastructure dependencies and system bring-up.
Identify cross-functional dependencies and mitigate risks to resolve complex technical and programmatic issues.
Establish success metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and communicate status to senior leadership.
Develop and analyze data-driven metrics to measure program efficiency and identify improvement areas.
Streamline processes across the software development lifecycle to drive organizational alignment and efficiency.

What we're looking for

8+ years of program management experience managing global projects across multiple time zones.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Solid knowledge of software systems, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and contemporary infrastructure environments.
Proven experience driving complex software programs in fast-paced development environments.
Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, release procedures, system integration, and platform delivery.
Experience managing programs from initial architecture and development through validation, launch preparation, and operational support.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills with significant experience using large-scale Agile tools and processes.
Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI applications (preferred).
