What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of software platform initiatives including planning, delivery, and operationalization.
  • Manage cross-functional programs involving cloud-native services, platform software, and system integration.
  • Coordinate full-stack readiness by managing dependencies across infrastructure, bring-up, validation, and downstream support.
  • Identify cross-functional risks and drive the resolution of complex technical and programmatic issues.
  • Establish success metrics and reporting mechanisms to communicate program status to senior leadership.
  • Analyze data to develop metrics for measuring program efficiency and informing data-driven decisions.
  • Streamline processes across the software development lifecycle to improve organizational alignment and efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of program management experience including managing global projects across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge of software systems, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and contemporary infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience driving complex software programs in fast-paced development environments.
  • Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, release procedures, system integration, and platform delivery.
  • Ability to work across software, infrastructure, operations, and bring-up teams while resolving technical issues and resource conflicts.
  • Excellent communication skills and significant experience with large-scale Agile tools and reporting processes.
  • Background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI applications, networking, Kubernetes, or Linux-based systems (preferred).
