As a Technical Product Owner-Vice President in Corporate Technology Digital Document Management, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of an enterprise AI-enabled platform. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, transforming complex customer needs into scalable products that manage the full document lifecycle, including capture, content management, search, workflow, governance, and retention. You will collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to shape solution options involving APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud patterns. You must define how artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI improve document processing, extraction, and semantic search. Key requirements include technical fluency in system architecture, security, and observability, alongside proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Power BI to manage backlogs and measure business impact within a regulated, security-conscious environment.
Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and full product lifecycle for an enterprise AI-enabled document management platform.
Translate customer needs into clear product outcomes, epics, features, and prioritized backlogs.
Partner with engineering and architecture to make technical trade-offs regarding APIs, data flows, and platform scalability.
Define product requirements for platform services, including metadata, search, workflow, and records retention.
Identify and validate opportunities to apply machine learning and generative AI to automate document processing and extraction.
Measure product success using data to track adoption, reliability, cost, and overall business impact.
Lead product launches, user onboarding, and change readiness to ensure enterprise-wide adoption of new capabilities.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership for complex technology products or enterprise platforms.
Experience owning end-to-end product strategy, including discovery, vision, roadmaps, investment prioritization, and value realization.
Experience delivering enterprise technical products, platform services, APIs, integrations, data products, or workflow solutions through multiple production releases.
Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, cloud patterns, data models, scalability, resiliency, security, and non-functional requirements.
Advanced product management discipline in customer discovery, problem framing, backlog management, agile delivery, and release planning.
Experience using telemetry, experimentation, and operational data to define KPIs and demonstrate business value.
Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI product development, including data readiness and responsible AI.
Experience with SaaS, workflow, search, or content management products (preferred).
