The Technical Product Owner, RDT Lead – 3PD drives the technical product strategy and delivery for the Patient Strategy data ecosystem. This role involves unifying internal and external data streams into a scalable, compliant engine that powers personalized healthcare experiences. You will lead the end-to-end technical delivery of data acquisition, ingestion, processing, and storage while managing roadmaps and backlogs. Key responsibilities include technical onboarding of external vendor data, establishing data quality standards, and ensuring integration with analytics, reporting, and AI/ML platforms. You must demonstrate fluency in cloud platforms, APIs, batch and event integrations, data modeling, and enterprise architecture patterns. The work focuses on solving complex data lifecycle challenges, including governance, lineage, privacy, and regulatory compliance within a sensitive patient data environment.
Define and execute the 3PD product strategy, roadmap, and backlog to translate business needs into scalable data capabilities.
Provide technical leadership across the entire data lifecycle, including acquisition, ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption.
Lead the technical onboarding of external data sources by managing mapping, validation, reconciliation, and quality standards.
Drive upstream and downstream integrations to make patient data available for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML platforms.
Manage end-to-end technical delivery by overseeing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-team handoffs.
Establish and monitor standards for data accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and operational observability.
Embed data governance, privacy, consent, security, and regulatory requirements into all product designs and delivery processes.
Define and track metrics for product health, data quality, adoption, and operational stability to guide continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced degree or certifications (PMP/PgMP/Product) (preferred).
10+ years leading complex technical integrations, enterprise data products, and cross-functional product delivery within large-scale IT environments.
Demonstrated expertise owning data ecosystems including vendor ingestion, data quality, governance, lineage, and enablement for analytics, AI/ML, and decisioning platforms.
Strong technical fluency in cloud platforms, APIs, batch/event integrations, data pipelines, data modeling, and enterprise architecture patterns.
Solid background in data privacy, consent, security, and regulatory compliance for sensitive patient data environments.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, patient services, or other regulated data environments (preferred).
Experience enabling data for analytics, AI/ML, predictive capabilities, decisioning, or personalization (preferred).
