Technical Platform Owner- PRO serves as a leader within the MedTech division to manage the global Customer Experience Management commercial platform for Professional Relations & Operations. This role owns the product vision, roadmap, investment priorities, and delivery outcomes while ensuring integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and adjacent enterprise services. The individual will oversee platform operations, risk compliance, data governance, and supplier management while leading a cross-functional team to simplify and standardize professional-relations processes. Key technical requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio, alongside expertise in API patterns and data platforms. The role addresses the complex challenge of creating a unified global platform for professional-relations workflows within a highly regulated environment, balancing enterprise standardization with necessary market variations to improve data quality, user experience, and operational efficiency across various regions.
Define and communicate the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Experience Management platform.
Convert business requirements and user insights into actionable backlogs and clear product capabilities.
Manage the full product lifecycle including discovery, planning, release readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Ensure all products meet strict compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements in a regulated environment.
Oversee the platform budget, resource plans, and performance of strategic suppliers and systems integrators.
Establish and manage the operating model for release management, incident response, and service level agreements.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees and contractors to achieve defined business outcomes.
Identify and implement responsible uses of AI and automation to improve productivity while maintaining human accountability.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in product management, platform management, commercial technology, enterprise applications, or technology delivery.
Demonstrated product leadership for global professional-relations, CRM, regulated workflow, or compliance-sensitive enterprise platforms.
Experience defining product strategy, outcome-based roadmaps, investment priorities, backlogs, release plans, and value measures.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, integration/API patterns, and Microsoft 365 tools to lead product decisions.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, resource plans, forecasts, suppliers, and systems integrators.
Demonstrated people leadership including coaching, performance management, and leading both employees and contractors.
Experience with agile delivery, risk management, change control, and executive communication in regulated environments.
Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries (preferred).
Experience with professional-relations operations or healthcare professional engagement processes (preferred).
Experience applying global template governance while enabling controlled regional variation (preferred).
Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics with customer, finance, payment, and identity services (preferred).
Experience leading organizational change, process simplification, and retirement of legacy platforms (preferred).
Experience with SAFe or other scaled delivery methods (preferred).
Experience establishing platform operating models, service metrics, and production-support practices (preferred).
