Technical Product Owner, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)

What you'll do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for the core commerce engineering team.
• Translate business goals into detailed epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and API requirements.
• Define the product roadmap and success metrics using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Collaborate with architects to validate integration patterns between commerce platforms and microservices.
• Balance business feature requests with technical debt reduction and cloud infrastructure upgrades.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
• Communicate architectural trade-offs and technical constraints to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support new system implementations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Technology.
• Five years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Solution Architect.
• Experience in product management and technical experience from private, public, government, or military environments.
• Strong domain knowledge of eCommerce capabilities and processes (preferred).
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or a comparable enterprise commerce platform (preferred).
• Understanding of digital commerce platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations (preferred).
• Proficiency with backlog management tools like Jira (preferred).
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and scaled Agile environments (preferred).
