What you'll do

  • Define RAG and LLM-based product capabilities while ensuring compliance with model governance and bias documentation.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of data products by coordinating between engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must independently possess eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field is typically required.
  • Master’s degree in a STEM or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data management, or consulting with a record of high performance.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with data teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Proficiency with software development methodologies like Agile and tools such as Jira.
  • Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and tuning SQL, Spark, and Python.
  • Experience in financial institutions or with large datasets (preferred).
