Technical Product Manager, Data

What you'll do

• Define and deliver roadmaps and technical requirements for data capabilities, processes, and tools across the enterprise.
• Translate stakeholder needs into specific technical requirements for model development, reporting, and analytics.
• Identify product gaps and develop new ideas to improve user experience for internal data consumers.
• Gather requirements for data processing and storage to support data science exploration and quality detection.
• Enforce data quality standards, governance policies, lineage, and metadata management during product development.
• Integrate MLOps workflows and data pipelines to facilitate model deployment and monitoring on AWS and on-prem systems.
• Define RAG and LLM-based product capabilities while ensuring compliance with model governance and bias documentation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data products by coordinating between engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must independently possess eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field is typically required.
• Master’s degree in a STEM or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, data management, or consulting with a record of high performance.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with data teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
• Proficiency with software development methodologies like Agile and tools such as Jira.
• Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and tuning SQL, Spark, and Python.
• Experience in financial institutions or with large datasets (preferred).
