What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical product management, product ownership, or business analysis for software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to write unambiguous and verifiable requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Experience eliciting requirements from domain experts and defining measurable outcomes with established baselines.
  • Experience scoping and decomposing large bodies of work into deliverable increments while managing scope during delivery.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on feasibility, constraints, and trade-offs.
  • Working knowledge of AI-native systems and the implications of probabilistic behavior on requirements.
  • Experience in security domain, AI/ML capabilities, process re-engineering, or engineering backgrounds (preferred).
