Technical Product Delivery Manager, Vice President - Privileged Access Management joins the Corporate Technology, Identity and Access Management team to enhance product delivery processes and optimize customer experiences. This role involves leading end-to-end delivery cycles including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization while ensuring alignment with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements. The manager will translate customer needs into technical requirements for APIs and integrations, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive change management to increase adoption of privileged access services. Key responsibilities include modernizing access patterns through just-in-time access, passwordless approaches, and least-privilege controls. Required expertise includes cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management principles like credential vaulting and secrets management. The role requires skills in data analytics, DevSecOps, and experience with cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to solve complex security challenges.
Manage end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
Define and communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Privileged Access Management capabilities.
Drive the modernization of privileged access patterns through just-in-time access and passwordless security controls.
Translate customer needs into well-defined technical requirements and platform capabilities in partnership with engineering teams.
Execute change management activities to ensure adoption and compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.
Manage project timelines, monitor blockers, and coordinate resources across cross-functional teams to reduce delivery friction.
Analyze adoption metrics and operational data to inform product prioritization and investment decisions.
Develop executive-ready reporting to provide visibility into product health, delivery progress, and business outcomes.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
5+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, platform, or enterprise technology products.
Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Deep knowledge of Privileged Access Management principles, controls, security best practices, auditability, and least privilege.
Hands-on experience in one or more PAM domains such as just-in-time access, RBAC, credential vaulting, secrets management, or privileged session management.
Experience defining product requirements for APIs, integrations, and technical solutions for enterprise security platforms.
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management, change readiness activities, and lead cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in product development lifecycle, cloud-based identity architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevSecOps, and AI-powered tools (preferred).
