Execute technical operations, field maintenance, and customer training for military air defense projects.
Resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments.
Ensure high availability and performance of air defense systems through proactive monitoring.
Conduct root-cause analyses (RCAs) and implement preventive measures following field incidents.
Maintain technical documentation and support plans for all hardware and software components.
Develop operational and logistical plans while managing resource allocation for various events.
Provide guidance to account managers on structuring operations for technical success.
Communicate product refinement recommendations to engineering teams based on field feedback.
What we're looking for
Must have 3+ years of experience in problem solving at the interface of hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments.
Must possess strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair site infrastructure including generators, solar power systems, and hydraulic systems.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance.
Must be able to meet specific health and medical requirements for defense deployments.
Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time on short notice for customer operations or maintenance.
Must be able to relocate to and work onsite in either Washington, DC, or Boston, MA.
Preferred: B.S. in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
Preferred: Experience with Fiber/RF systems, Network+ or Linux+ certifications, and prior military or overseas contracting experience.
