Technical Lead Software & Systems Integrator

What you'll do

• Lead the integration of software components and subsystems across Windows and Linux operating environments.
• Design, configure, and maintain virtualized infrastructure and containerized environments using Kubernetes.
• Define and execute black box and grey box testing strategies to validate system functionality.
• Develop and review technical documentation including test procedures, integration guides, and configuration records.
• Architect and implement scripting and automation solutions to support integration and DevOps workflows.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for resolving complex integration issues across engineering teams.
• Support cybersecurity compliance efforts including certificate management, PKI infrastructure, and secure system configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integrators while overseeing system builds and deployments.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• A Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software integration, systems integration, or a closely related technical role.
• Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience is an acceptable educational alternative.
• Experience as a team lead or in a technical lead capacity.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration with knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles including PKI, certificate management, and secure communications.
