As a Software Lead and Integration Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team of physicists, systems engineers, and software developers to develop mission-driven software for U.S. Air Force and Navy end users. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics.
Top Secret clearance.
Experience with scientific concepts related to radio frequency (RF), the electromagnetic spectrum, or space weather.
Experience with full-stack development and leading highly technical teams.
Ability to read and program in Python, JavaScript, or C/C++, and in frameworks such as React, Angular, REST, or GraphQL.
Ability to coordinate outcomes across cross-functional teams including science, software, hardware, and systems engineering.
Experience with radar systems, radar modeling, signal processing, Kubernetes, or software factories (preferred).
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering; TS/SCI clearance; or ability to obtain Security+ within 2 months (preferred).
