Technical Lead, Containerized Command & Control

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end electrical architecture for AI Factory tactical data centers and deployable command centers.
• Translate high-level Concepts of Operations into detailed electrical requirements, architectures, and functional modules.
• Design air-transportable, modular systems optimized for rapid deployment in austere and contested environments.
• Build infrastructure capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, limited grid power, and electromagnetic interference.
• Partner with defense customers to convert operational needs into technical architectures.
• Lead prototyping, field testing, and operational validation through military exercises and real-world deployments.
• Flow module and subsystem information to PCB design and harnessing teams to ensure architectural alignment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience designing and deploying electrical products.
• Proven ability to define long-term architectural vision and lead cross-functional teams on complex electronics projects.
• Experience with full-cycle ECU/LRU electronics design, including PCBA design, harnessing design, and connector selection.
• Familiarity with embedded systems hardware including MCUs, CPUs, and FPGAs.
• U.S. Person status is required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Background in 3-phase power, tactical military systems, or ruggedized computing (preferred).
