What you'll do

Oversee the development and deployment of data pipelines and platforms to organize disparate data sources.
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, engineers, developers, and data consumers.
Manage the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable data platforms for clients.
Establish and document clear development priorities, execution plans, and project sequencing across multiple initiatives.
Supervise technical staff including developers and testers in a cross-functional environment.
Develop and maintain complex, distributed data applications at scale using Java and Spring Boot.
Manage container orchestration and CI/CD workflows using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Perform operational troubleshooting and shell scripting within Linux or UNIX environments.

What we're looking for

Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire.
4+ years of experience using Java, including Spring Boot or Spring Framework.
4+ years of experience with Linux or UNIX, including shell scripting and operational troubleshooting.
4+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, container orchestration, and CI/CD workflows.
4+ years of experience leading software application development in an enterprise environment.
Ability to supervise technical staff and lead projects in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
