What you'll do

  • Design and develop scalable data warehouse and data lake architectures.
  • Build and automate large-scale batch and streaming ETL/ELT data pipelines.
  • Develop platforms to organize and process structured, unstructured, and event-streaming data.
  • Perform tuning on data lake architecture to optimize cloud storage and pipeline performance.
  • Manage data governance policies, including cataloging, usage tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Write production code using SQL, Python, Scala, Spark, or Java.
  • Implement automated CI/CD pipelines across multiple technical stacks.
  • Maintain and operationalize complex data systems for mission-critical projects.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience designing data warehouses, RESTful API models, event processing, or business intelligence for software systems.
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and automating large-scale batch and streaming data workflows.
  • 5+ years of experience coding in languages such as SQL, Python, Scala, Spark, or Java.
  • Experience tuning data lake architecture to optimize cloud storage and pipeline performance.
  • Experience with data management solutions including catalogs, governance policies, and lifecycle management.
  • Top Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in data systems, or 12+ years of experience without a degree.
