What you'll do

  • Perform hands-on tasks including washing cars and delivering vehicles to customers.
  • Resolve complex and sensitive customer-facing issues to maintain a high level of service.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the experience for both customers and staff.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment.
  • Must have 3+ years of management experience.
  • Proven history of developing and coaching employees.
  • Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining focus on the customer experience.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred); Experience with Salesforce or Tableau; Analytical mind; Experience handling logistics (preferred).
