What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment.
  • Must have 3+ years of management experience.
  • Proven history of developing, coaching, and training employees.
  • Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems of varying complexity while maintaining focus on the customer experience.
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
