What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment.
  • Must have 3+ years of management experience.
  • Proven history of developing, coaching, and training employees.
  • Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a focus on the customer experience.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
