As a Tax Innovation - Data Engineer - Manager, you will join the Tax practice to transform raw data into actionable insights for business growth. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring project success. Your daily responsibilities include designing data infrastructure, developing pipelines, and implementing integration and transformation solutions. You will build and maintain data warehouses and lakes while overseeing data quality, validation, and security. The role requires proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Azure Databricks, and Snowflake Data Warehouse solutions. You must apply data modeling and dimensional modeling techniques to optimize architecture. This position solves complex data processing problems by creating robust analytics frameworks to support informed decision-making within the tax domain.
Design and implement data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis.
Develop and manage data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to support client needs.

What we're looking for
At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience.
Preference for a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics (preferred).
Experience utilizing Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure Databricks for data engineering (preferred).
Experience developing data architecture and data modeling strategies (preferred).
Experience implementing Snowflake Data Warehouse and Snowflake Schema solutions (preferred).
Experience mentoring teams in data integration and transformation techniques (preferred).
