As a Tax Innovation - Data Solution Architect - Director, you will join the Tax practice to transform raw data into actionable insights for business growth. You will design and build scalable data infrastructure, systems, and pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. Your daily responsibilities include developing data integration and transformation solutions, setting strategic directions for client engagements, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level relationships. You will utilize specific technologies including Azure Data Factory, the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, and Snowflake Data Warehouse. The role requires proficiency in data architecture development, data engineering platforms, and managing data quality and validation processes. You will solve complex problems by identifying market gaps and promoting technological advances within a data-driven environment to support various client needs.

What we're looking for
At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 9 years of experience.
Preference for a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Operations. (preferred)
Proficiency in data architecture development and data engineering platforms. (preferred)
Experience utilizing Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure Databricks for data integration. (preferred)
Experience managing data quality and validation processes within Snowflake Data Warehouse. (preferred)
Ability to lead strategic questioning and systemic thinking in complex projects. (preferred)
Ability to cultivate potential through coaching and feedback in client engagements. (preferred)
